Master's and doctor's program of the business administration department has a professional curriculum which includes personnel/organization, production, financial affairs, marketing, measurement management, global management, accounts and management information and cultivates professional researchers and managers who are fostered with academic knowledge by each function.
Educational objectives
The educational objective of the business administration department is to cultivate researchers who study business administration and the related subjects and to cultivate researchers who study with knowledge and abilities and write research papers by themselves.
The papers are meant to contribute to academia and to business fields as well.
Educational content
- Personnel/organization: human resource management, labor - management relations, organizational behavior, organizational design, strategic management, etc.
- Production: production management, production stock systems, production strategy, technical management, etc.
- Financial affairs: financial management, corporate finance, investment theory, corporate value assessment theory, etc.
- Marketing: marketing, consumer behavior theory, marketing strategy theory, promotion strategy theory, distribution channel theory, etc.
- Measuring management: measuring business studies, method of planning fixed numbers, decision making analyses, etc.
- Global management: global management environment theory, global financial market theory, global financial management theory, global marketing theory, global management strategy theory, etc.
- Accounts: financial accounting, accounting theory, cost accounting, management accounting, etc.
- Management information: database studies, information technology studies, management information systems, data communication theory, electronic commerce studies, etc.
