MOU with Universidad Technologica de Panama and University of Takushoku in Japan

 

UOU has increased sisterhood relations with 141 overseas universities of 34 different countries. 

 

The next president of Universidad Technologica de Panama, Oscar Ramiles, and the president Lee of UOU signed an MOU to establish an academic tie. 늘었다.

With Universidad Tecnologica de Panama added, the number of overseas universities which has sisterhood relations with UOU has increased up to 141 at 34 different countries. 

  The next president of Universidad Technologica de Panama, Oscar Ramiles, visited UOU on November 2 and signed an MOU with the president Lee.  The agreement includes articles  such as co-education and research, exchange of faculty members and students, and exchange of academic materials.  

Universidad Technologica de Panama was founded back in 1981, having 30 undergraduate courses and 29 graduate courses with about 11,000 students. It has specialized in engineering and science. 

Kim Geonoo, head of the Digital Contents Design Department in the UOU’s Design College signed an MOU with Okijaki Akira, head of the Design Department of the Engineering School at Takushoku Universityon on October 31. The agreement states an academic exchange of students, research, and information. 

Takushoku University, located in Hachioji, Tokyo, is 112 years old. It offers unique design courses for emotion, living, products, and communications. They all set up by the Industrial Design Department of the Engineering College. It also provides collaboration courses such as a game and simulation course and an IT coordination course, which are jointly developed with the Information Engineering Department.
